NOAA/National Weather Service
The National Weather Service (NWS) provides weather, water, forecasts, warnings, and impact-based decision support services for the United States, its territories, adjacent waters and ocean areas, for the protection of life and property and the enhancement of the national economy. NWS data and products form a national information database and infrastructure which can be used by other governmental agencies, the private sector, the public, and the global community.
At NWS Charleston, WV, we employ 24 full-time employees to run our 24 hours a day, 365-days-a-year operations. These positions range from Scientists to Informational Technology to Electronics specialists.
Accenture is an outsourced business development firm, specializing in technology and specifically the cloud computing space.
Dow is a materials science leader committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. Dow has a Polyolefin research and development facility at the WVRTP.
Univation operates a unique and innovative polyethylene process, products, catalysts & service on campus. The company leases a pilot plant, offices, and laboratories at the WVRTP.

BridgeValley meets the higher education, workforce development, and training needs for industries ranging from healthcare to manufacturing throughout all over southern West Virginia.
ALS is a global leader in providing laboratory testing, inspection, certification, and verification solutions. ALS has a lease on laboratory, office, and logistics space in the Park.

OWS Energy is a natural gas drilling company with engineering, back office, accounting, and safety operations located at WVRTP.
WV Labs is a toxicology lab focused on workplace testing and COVID-19 testing, located at the WVRTP.
The West Virginia Office of Technology (WVOT)
The West Virginia Office of Technology is a state agency under the Department of Administration that provides information resource management and technical assistance to state government entities. A portion of the WVOT’s operations is located at the WVRTP.

It’s UNIPOL® PP process is a state-of-the-art engineering technology that achieves mechanical and operational simplicity and delivers leading total installed cost and operating expense, accelerated project schedules, fast startups, grade transitions, and business results. Grace’s software development team for chemical facilities is located at the WVRTP.

Critical Control offers comprehensive gas measurement and analytics throughout the Appalachian Basin.
Alpha Technologies:
Alpha Technologies is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business headquartered in West Virginia with a global data center located on WVRTP campus.
CAZ is a non-profit that works with partners across West Virginia to boost and maintain investments and jobs in the chemical industry and related industries, including natural gas, manufacturing and technology. The non-profit is headquartered at the park.
West Virginia Joint Interagency COVID Task Force (JIATF)
West Virginia’s Governor created the JIATF by executive order in December 2020 to execute a course of action for COVID vaccinations in West Virginia. The task force’s central operation center is located on the Tech Park campus.
TechConnectWV is a statewide economic development organization dedicated to the advancement of science, technology, and the innovation economy in West Virginia focused on four technology sectors: advanced energy, chemicals, and advanced materials, biosciences, and biometrics. TechConnectWV is headquartered at the WVRTP.
